When bj7 launched in 2019, online betting in Bangladesh was a fragmented experience. Most platforms were in English or Hindi, payments were a headache, and language barriers in support were a constant frustration for Bangladeshi players. bj7 was built specifically to fill that gap.
It started with a simple idea — build a platform for the people of Bangladesh, in their language, using their payment methods, built around the sports they love. With cricket at the heart of the nation, a betting platform that puts cricket front and center only made sense — and that's exactly how bj7's Sports Betting section was born.
Within the first year, it became clear that cricket alone wasn't enough. bj7 users wanted more variety — football, tennis, Live Casino, slots. Each was added step by step, but through every stage one core principle stayed the same: delivering the best experience for players in Bangladesh.
Five Years of Change
From 2019 to 2026 — anyone watching bj7's transformation over these five years from the outside would be amazed. Growing from a small Sports Betting site into a platform with over 2,500 games, 150+ Live Casino tables, and more than 20 sports categories didn't happen overnight. Every single update along the way was driven by user feedback.
Improving the payment system was one of our biggest challenges. Direct integration with bKash and Nagad took time, but once it was in place, bj7's growth accelerated rapidly. Today, you can deposit as little as ৳200 BDT from anywhere in Bangladesh, and after a win, your money is back in your bKash account within 13 minutes.
Bj7 Across Every District in Bangladesh
Bj7 members aren't just from Dhaka or Chittagong. From farmers in Rajshahi and tea garden workers in Sylhet, to traders in Bogura and fishermen in Cox's Bazar — bj7 has active users in all 64 districts of Bangladesh. To keep this diverse community together, a Bangla-language interface and support weren't just helpful — they were essential.
The bj7 mobile app was built with rural users in mind — optimized to run smoothly even on limited data. Live betting works on a 3G connection, and video streaming quality adjusts automatically to match network conditions. This understanding of Bangladesh's real-world challenges — and solving for them — is what sets bj7 apart.
Responsibility — The Core Value at bj7
Responsible operation is the most critical question for any betting platform. bj7 believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress. That's why the platform includes protective features such as daily deposit limits, self-exclusion, and session time limits.
Responsible gaming is still not fully established in Bangladesh's online betting industry. bj7 wants to change that — not just because of legal obligations, but because we genuinely believe that ensuring our members' long-term well-being is simply the right way to run a business.
